How it works: email the case — the balance, the APR, the minimum payment, and what happened. Mort may autopsy it in a future episode or in the Evidence Locker. Findings get published; identities don't.

The anonymity rules cut both ways: no real names, no account numbers, no bank statements with personal details. Numbers only. What happens in the morgue stays in the morgue.
